HSA Premiums are Declining

Health Savings Accounts were created in December 2003.  Since then it seems the trend is working in the favor of these plans survival. Since there birth the theory behind the plan is to lower health-care costs.  To start with, premiums for high-deductible insurance are quite low.  Add to that the tax-sheltered savings account and people who manage to keep their health up and their cost down stand to spend less.
